DJI Care Refresh (Osmo Mobile 3)
Offers two replacement units for a small extra cost in one year and covers a wide range of accidents, giving you more peace of mind.

Please note that:
If you purchase DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh is automatically activated within 24 hours. Your service agreement will be sent to you by email.

DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased from official or authorised channels and benefits are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.

How to activate the DJI Care Refresh Card
- Go to the activation page: support.dji.com/care/active
- Enter the following here: Serial number of the drone, DJI Care Refresh activation code and Personal information
- The DJI Care Refresh agreement will be sent to your email
- What are the conditions

The DJI Care Refresh imposes some conditions on insurance:
- The actioncam has not yet or recently been activated
- Within 30 days of purchase, you must activate DJI Care Refresh
- The reperations are only valid in the regions indicated
- The Care Refresh is valid for 1 year (12 months)

How is the repair process
The process follows the following five steps:
- In case of a defect/damage, contact DJI at: www.dji.com/support. Here are instructions on how to send in your defective/damaged DJI Osmo Mobile 3
- Place a repair request at: www.dji.com/service/repair
- The request will be sent to the DJI Repair Centre
- You then pay a small fee for the replacement. For the first time this is €10 and for the second time it is €15.
- Your repaired DJI Osmo Mobile 3 will be shipped to you for free
