Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel. Consult the website of your carrier for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation to you. So please treat the product carefully and make sure it is returned properly packaged. How to return your product?

• Report your return via info@koningdrone.be please include your name, order number, and reason for return (optional).
• Clearly state your order number on the parcel.
• Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. Therefore, always request a tracking code (e.g. 3S number) from your shipper and keep it safe.

Exceptions: Some items cannot be returned:

• Products adapted to your specifications
• Products made especially for you
• Products that spoil quickly

Reimbursement: We aim to refund the purchase price to you within 3 working days, but no later than 14 days after receipt and processing of your return. If you have paid by iDeal or bank transfer, this is usually faster than if you have paid by Paypal or Afterpay. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail or telephone. Return outside conditions: If you return an item outside the set conditions, we unfortunately cannot process it. A refund is not guaranteed in this case. When in doubt, always contact our customer service first via info@koningdrone.be.
