Twice the spatial resolution compared to the previous Altum model
Altum-PT is equipped with an ultra-high-resolution panchromatic sensor that can be used to "sharpen" the multispectral images, ultimately increasing the spatial resolution of the multispectral data: a pan-sharpened ground resolution of 1.2 cm at a flight altitude of 60 metres.
Improved thermal sensor
Altum-PT has a built-in FLIR Boson® of 320 x 256, enabling thermal mapping at twice Altum's ground resolution - 17 cm from 60 m height.
Synchronises thermal and multispectral imaging
The MicaSense Altum-PT captures synchronised multispectral, thermal and panchromatic data for incredibly high-resolution, pixel-perfect outputs. These bands are acquired simultaneously, eliminating the need for data alignment in post-processing.
