When the device is switched off, press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds. The device's LCD lights up and then flashes once (this should happen). This indicates that the Bluetooth connection has been successfully reset.

It is important to check the parameters and connection method of the solar panels. The maximum power output of the solar panels must be within the specified range of the auxiliary battery. Exceeding this limit may damage the auxiliary battery and render it unusable.

First consult the user manual to find out the specifications for the additional battery's solar input, including: ① voltage range, ② maximum current and ③ maximum power.

The combination of solar panels must meet the following conditions:
1. Voltage: The no-load voltage of the solar panel must be within the voltage range of the portable power supply ①;

2. Amperage: The maximum amperage of the solar panels ≤ the maximum amperage of the portable power supply ②;

3. Power: The maximum power of the solar panels ≤ the maximum power of the portable power supply ③.

All three conditions must be met; if any of them are not met, the solar panels cannot be used.

Combination methods:
① There are two types of combinations: series and parallel;

② In series, the voltages add up, while the current is limited by the panel with the lowest current;

In parallel, the current ratings add up, while the voltage is limited by the panel with the lowest voltage.

(If the portable power supply has overcurrent protection, the input current is limited to the maximum current of the portable power supply).

Example: Can the EcoFlow DELTA 3 be used with two EcoFlow 400W Rigid solar panels?

First check the user manuals of the EcoFlow DELTA 3 and the solar panel:
① Specifications of the EcoFlow DELTA 3 solar input: Voltage range: 11-60V, Maximum current: 15A, Maximum power: 500W.

② Unloaded solar panel voltage: 37.1V, Maximum operating current: 12.9A;

[Use in series] Unloaded voltage: 37.1 x 2 = 74.2V; Current: 12.9A; Power: 74.2 x 12.9 = 957.18W. This exceeds the maximum input power limit of 500W of the portable power supply, so it cannot be used. [Parallel use] Open circuit voltage: 37.1V; Current: 12.9 x 2 = 25.8A > 15A, which exceeds the 15A current limit of the portable power station, so it cannot be used.

Compared to EcoFlow DELTA 2:
1. The PV input has been upgraded from 1 to 2 inputs (EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus has 2 inputs and DELTA 3 still has 1).

2. Charging speed improved from full charge in 80 minutes to full charge in 56 minutes.

3. Watertightness improved from IP20 for the whole product to IP20 for the whole product and IP65 for the battery cells.

4. EPS switching time improved from 30 ms to 10 ms UPS.

5. The noise level was reduced from <35 dB at 600 W and <45 dB at 1200 W within half a metre to <30 dB at 600 W and <40 dB at 1200 W.

6. The unit can now wirelessly hybridise with a 1.8 kW generator (EcoFlow Smart Generator 3000 (Dual Fuel)) and supports automatic starting and stopping using only an AC cable.

7. A low-light detection circuit has been added.

8. The extra battery port has been moved from the side to the back, allowing stacking and placement against a wall. The device is compatible with D2, D2M, DP3 and D3 extra batteries.

You can select an additional battery based on the desired capacity. The XT150 connector cable is used to connect the XT150 port on the back of the device. The maximum expandable capacity is 5024 Wh (the device itself has 1024 Wh with only one additional battery port, allowing connection to the largest additional battery, EcoFlow DELTA). Pro 3 Additional battery (4000Wh), expanding the capacity to 5024Wh.
