If you buy DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh will be automatically activated within 24 hours. Your service agreement will be sent to you by email.
DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased through official or authorised channels, and its benefits are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
Note: DJI Care Refresh can only be purchased/activated with newly purchased or within 48 hours of the first power-up.
