DJI Ronin 2 - Professional Combo 2024

The DJI Ronin 2 Professional Combo 2024 is an industry-leading stabilisation kit designed specifically for filmmakers and content creators who don't want to compromise on stability, versatility or reliability. This rig is designed to smoothly stabilise even the toughest professional cinema cameras, allowing you to capture smooth, impressive footage in the most challenging conditions.

What makes the Ronin 2 unique is the combination of a 3-axis professional stabilisation system, a robust monocoque carbon fibre frame construction and powerful motors that can support up to 13.6 kg of camera load. This makes the system ideal for use with high-end cameras such as ARRI, RED, Blackmagic and large mirrorless rigs, as well as dynamic vehicles, drone mounts, Steadicam setups and cable cams.

Cinematic performance in any situation

The Ronin 2 is designed to meet the most demanding cinematic challenges. Its high-torque motors and advanced motion algorithms maintain stability during fast movements, higher speeds or even when mounted on vehicles or drones. In addition, the integrated GPS system combined with compatibility for the DJI A3 flight controller provides extra stability and precision during dynamic shots. With the Ronin 2, you can easily switch setups thanks to multiple shooting modes such as handheld, underslung, tripod, car mount, aerial and briefcase mode, making your creative freedom almost limitless.

Personalised control and intuitive setup

Although powerful and professional, the system remains relatively easy to configure. The built-in ultra-clear touchscreen and intuitive controls allow you to quickly adjust settings without having to use external devices. Moreover, DJI's advanced Gimbal Assistant app lets you fine-tune motor settings, SmoothTrack response and shooting profiles on a per-shot basis. The Ronin 2 also supports hot-swappable twin battery systems, meaning you can change batteries without switching off the rig. This allows you to run longer shooting sessions without interruption, which is essential for commercial shoots and lengthy productions.

Robust construction and all-purpose use

The carbon fibre frame gives the Ronin 2 high structural strength, while keeping the weight manageable for portable sets. This makes it stand up to heavy film sets, outdoor shoots and rigorous working environments. The dual battery configuration not only provides sufficient runtime, but also offers redundancy and extra power for accessories such as focus motors, monitors and wireless systems.

Whether you are an independent filmmaker looking to capture dynamic scenes, or a professional cinematographer working on commercials, long productions or high-end content, the DJI Ronin 2 Professional Combo 2024 provides everything you need to bring your vision to life.
