DJI FlightHub 2 is an advanced professional drone management platform designed for organisations that want to centrally plan, monitor and optimise their drone operations. This product is available in several variants, including cloud-based licences, on-premises solutions, device expansions, storage upgrades, livestream extensions, mapping modules, and complete AIO solutions. As a result, a suitable configuration is always available for both small-scale operations and complex enterprise environments.
Whether you choose a flexible monthly licence, a multi-year enterprise solution, a locally hosted on-premises installation or an extension for additional devices, DJI FlightHub 2 provides a scalable and professional foundation for efficient drone management. The platform is ideal for sectors such as public safety, inspection, infrastructure, construction, mapping and industrial applications, where real-time visibility, collaboration and data control are essential.
DJI FlightHub 2 offers powerful features for planning, executing and analysing drone operations. Depending on the variant chosen, you get access to features such as mission planning, live video streaming, real-time monitoring, automatic data logging, 2D and 3D map processing, mapping workflows, and central data and team management.
The different variants allow you to tailor the platform exactly to your operational needs:
Thanks to this broad deployability, FlightHub 2 supports both daily operations and large-scale, time-critical missions where multiple teams and devices are operating simultaneously.
DJI FlightHub 2 is a fully software-based solution with a professional and clear interface designed for efficient use within demanding work environments. The software integrates seamlessly into existing IT infrastructures and, depending on the variant, supports both cloud environments, private clouds, local servers as on-premises architectures.
For organisations with high security and data control requirements, the on-premises variants offer an environment where all operational data remains stored locally. For teams that instead need maximum flexibility and remote collaboration, the cloud versions offer fast deployment, easy scalability and central accessibility. In addition, API capabilities and expansion options ensure that FlightHub 2 can be easily integrated into existing workflows and business systems.
DJI FlightHub 2 is essential for organisations looking to professionally manage and scale up their drone operations. The platform helps improve collaboration, accelerate decision-making and centralise critical data within a single environment. Combining real-time monitoring, mission planning, livestreaming, mapping and scalable extensions, the system provides a complete solution for modern drone operations.
With the different variants, you can easily choose the configuration that suits your organisation: from a basic licence for one device to an extensive enterprise ecosystem with additional storage, mapping, livestreaming and multiple devices. So you always have a secure, scalable and future-proof solution for professional drone management.

DJI FlightHub 2 is available as a public cloud service (DJI FlightHub 2) and an on-premises solution (DJI FlightHub 2 On-Premises). DJI FlightHub 2 comes in three tiers: Standard, Business, and Enterprise.
The on-premises version supports both software-only deployment and an all-in-one (AIO) appliance deployment.
Supported devices include:
1. DJI Docks: DJI Dock 3, DJI Dock 2, and DJI Dock.
2. Drone Platforms: DJI Matrice 400, DJI Matrice 350 RTK, the DJI Matrice 30 Series, the DJI Matrice 4 Series, the DJI Matrice 4D Series, the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series (excluding DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral), etc.
3. Payloads: The Zenmuse H30 Series, the Zenmuse H20 Series, Zenmuse S1, and Zenmuse V1.
No.
1. Multimodal Object Detection: In the Virtual Cockpit, you can input text or images to perform real-time searches for any object. This feature is widely applicable to public safety, emergency response, government aerial operations, and other scenarios.
2. Multimodal Media Search: For drone-collected images and videos, you can query objects using text or sample images. The platform automatically detects anomalies and generates operational reports. This feature is ideal for inspection workflows in energy, water conservancy, forestry, environmental protection, and other fields.
Yes. You can integrate third-party algorithms into DJI FlightHub 2 using either onboard or cloud compute interfaces (currently supported only for DJI Dock 3, the DJI Matrice 4 series, and DJI Matrice 400). After integration, third-party algorithms can generate real-time alerts, and any detected objects or anomalies can be added directly to intelligent flight routes.
DJI FlightHub 2’s Analyzer supports a wide range of applications, including public safety, inspections, infrastructure and engineering, natural resource management, mining operations, and more. The Analyzer provides detailed and intuitive visualizations of site conditions and project progress. This helps teams track work status and enables better decision-making and project management.
DJI FlightHub 2’s Analyzer offers four volume calculation methods: calculation based on a supplied fitted plane; calculation based on design files; two-phase model volume change calculation and multi-phase model volume change calculation. These volume calculations are intended for areas larger than 50 m².
By integrating hardware and software, DJI FlightHub 2 can automate entire workflows with a single configuration. Typical applications include: automatic updates of 2D and 3D models, automated data analysis, and periodic updates of measurement reports.
Data for users in Chinese Mainland is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers located in Hangzhou, China.
Data for users outside Chinese Mainland is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Virginia, USA, or Frankfurt, Germany.
DJI FlightHub 2 uses the DJI Unified Account, so there is no need to create/activate an additional DJI account.
The web interface is compatible with Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS. It is recommended to use Google Chrome (version 92 or later) for optimal performance.
Recommended network bandwidth: At least 50 Mbps. This requirement applies to both DJI FlightHub 2 and DJI FlightHub 2 On-Premises.

Purchasing DJI Enterprise hardware entitles you to DJI FlightHub 2 resources.
1. Gift policy:
a. Organisations receive free quotas when binding a device (dock or aircraft) for the first time.
b. Each organisation can only receive free quotas once. If an organisation has already received free quotas, it cannot receive them again when binding additional devices.
c. Each device can only receive free quotas once. If a device has already received free quotas, it cannot receive them again when re-binding to another organisation.
2. Quota amounts and validity:
a. The free quota is the same for all device types: 100GB cloud storage, 5000 livestream minutes, and 3000 mapping images.
b. The validity period for the free quotas is 3 months.
Standard: A free starter plan for basic use. Includes a limited set of features and resource quotas.
Business: A paid subscription plan offering all professional features. No limit on the number of devices you can connect. Included resources are finite. When they run out you can buy add-on packages.
Enterprise: A paid plan designed for heavy use and government or enterprise customers, with the complete feature set. Most resources are available for unlimited use during the subscription period (mapping image quotas excluded from unlimited use). There is a limit on how many devices can be online at the same time.
For a full comparison and detailed information, see the DJI FlightHub 2 Package and Billing Details.
Livestream duration consumption is calculated based on the total viewing time across the platform.
The following situations count towards livestream consumption:
1. All device livestreams, including DJI Dock cameras, drone cameras (including flight assist footage), and payload cameras.
2. Any method of accessing or using the livestream: device status windows, the Virtual Cockpit, simultaneous livestreams, livestream sharing, livestream recording (manual or automatic), livestream forwarding via cloud intelligent algorithms, livestream forwarding via FlightHub Sync, and livestreams used for multimodal object detection.
3. Viewing time per account is accumulated. If multiple accounts watch the same livestream at the same time, the total viewing time is multiplied by the number of viewers.
If you leave the Virtual Cockpit page for more than 40 minutes, the platform will automatically stop the livestream to prevent unintended continuous streaming.
Business Version (12-Month Plan): Resources are allocated monthly. Unused livestream minutes or mapping image quotas from each month can be rolled over to the following month. Rollovers are valid for one month only-if not used by the end of the next month, they will expire.
Any unused resources will expire when the package ends.
No. When your storage resources expire, you will no longer be able to add new data, but all existing data will remain accessible and will not be deleted.
1. Activation Validity Period:
The activation validity period starts from the date the activation code is issued. Please activate your version within the specified period.
Enterprise Version has no activation time limit, while all other Versions must be activated within 6 months.
2. Usage Validity Period:
The usage validity period starts from the date of activation.
a. Business Version: Starting from the activation date, the Business Version is available in 1-Month and 12-Month options, with usage validity periods of 30 days and 365 days, respectively. Multiple activations can extend the validity period.
b. Recharge Package: Includes Livestream Recharge Package, Mapping Recharge Package, and Storage Space Upgrade Package, all with a validity period of 1 year.
