For a small additional cost, DJI Care Refresh (1 year) offers up to two replacement units within one year. All replacement units meet DJI's performance and reliability standards.
DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased through official or authorised channels, and its benefits are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
Note: DJI Care Refresh can only be purchased/activated with newly purchased or within 48 hours of the first power-up.
