DJI MAVIC 3 CLASSIC WITH SMART CONTROLLER
One of the better choices within the DJI Mavic 3 series is the DJI Mavic 3 Classic. It is a professional drone that values quality. Besides the Mavic 3 Classic, there are also two other products that belong to the DJI Mavic 3 series. The Mavic 3 and the Mavic 3 Cine drones. The Mavic 3 series focuses mainly on flights that are smooth and images that are of a pretty high standard. As a result, you can expect razor-sharp images filmed from the air, guaranteed.



THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE DJI MAVIC 3-SERIES MODELS
When we start putting the products side by side to compare them, we notice that the DJI Mavic 3 classic has one Hasselblad camera. This features a 4/3-inch 20-megapixel CMOS sensor and also has a 24mm lens. The DJI Mavic 3 has the same camera but additionally has a telephoto lens with a 162mm focal length. In addition, this model also incorporates a gimbal lock that will prevent both the camera and gimbal from shaking. This creates extra safety the moment you transport the drone. We have already briefly mentioned that apart from the wide-angle lens, the Mavic 3 classic is also equipped with a telephoto zoom lens. This is a 1/2-inch 12-megapixel CMOS sensor with a fixed focal length of 162mm. It is possible to take photos at a fixed aperture (f4.4). Videos can be taken with this camera at 4k quality 30fps.



Enhanced and extended safety features

The Mavic 3 classic is equipped 360 degrees around with omnidirectional obstacle sensors, Advanced Return to Home function (RTH) (drone will figure out by itself the most effective route back), low battery RTH. On top of this, the Advanced Pilot Assistance System (APAS 5.0) has been further improved. Even at high speed, this drone can avoid obstacles in the most complex environments.



Ample flight times

The flight time of the Mavic 3 classic is around 45 minutes and a top speed of 75 km/h can be achieved. This adds an extra 15 minutes to its predecessor the Mavic 2 and the drone flies 3 kilometres per hour faster than the old version. The range has also been greatly extended from a good 6 kilometres to over 15 kilometres!



Improved photo/video features

The hyperlapse recording function lets you speed up time and motion with 1 tap. The 100megapixel panorama function lets you take extremely large and detailed shots.

With a single tap, you speed up time and motion for striking hyperlapse shots. It is also possible to take extremely larger and more detailed shots of your surroundings with the 100-megapixel panorama function. Mastershots is an advanced intelligent function that lets you create the most beautiful videos of your favourite subject with just 1 tap. You need to select the subject of choice on your monitor and you can then have the drone perform 10 different movements. In doing so, the subject I remain in the centre of the image. All this is merged into 1 short compilation film.



AUTOMATIC, INTELLIGENT FILMING WITH MASTER SHOTS
A great feature the DJI Mavic 3 series drones have is MasterShots. It can be thought of as a so-called smart feature that allows you to select a subject with the click of a button. The drone makes sure that the object stays in the centre and takes a shot that shows ten different movements. This ultimately creates a cinematic image.
