The Jackery Explorer 500 is a portable power station with a large capacity of 518Wh, making it the most popular model in its range. With a 518Wh (24Ah, 21.6V) lithium-ion battery pack, the Explorer 500 offers 1 AC output (230V/500W, peak 1000W), 3 USB-A ports, 2 DC ports and 1 car connector. This allows you to connect various devices, from a mini fridge and air pump to a TV with pure sine wave for reliable power conversion. Portability and Durability Despite its large capacity, the Explorer 500 is easy to carry, as it is about the size of a basketball and weighs only 6.4 kg. The integrated sturdy handle makes carrying it very convenient, allowing the power station to accompany you during all kinds of activities, such as camping and RV trips. Charging options The power station also features a built-in MPPT charge controller for maximum charging efficiency, making it easy to charge using a SolarSaga 100 solar panel (sold separately) for eco-friendly, clean power. There are also other flexible charging options, such as via the AC adapter or car charger cable.
