DJI Care Pro covers all components, chassis and nacelle, of the Inspire 3 drone. Each component is repaired or replaced, depending on the problem.
Fast take-off:
Express is a new option that allows you to skip the damage assessment and quotation steps. The DJI Service Centre will send a replacement unit immediately after receiving the damaged drone. Back in the air in no time.
Water damage cover:
Replacement of your device is possible if the damage occurred during normal use.
Quick support:
Receive priority replacements, drastically reducing the time needed to fly again.
Two battery-related replacements:
DJI Care Pro offers up to two free replacement batteries during a one-year period. Replacement units are new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
VIP support:

DJI Care Refresh Repair Tracking requests:
Track the progress of DJI Care Pro repairs in the same way as standard repairs. When submitting a repair request, indicate that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh on the repair request form. After the damage assessment, DJI will notify you of its findings and you can choose to pay for the replacement through DJI Care Refresh.
