Cover for Accidents and Wear and tear: DJI Care Refresh provides coverage for incidental damage, such as collision and water damage, as well as normal wear and tear on your DJI Mini 4 Pro.
Replacement options: If your DJI Mini 4 Pro gets damaged, you can avail of up to two low-cost replacements at an additional cost. These replacements are either brand new or of comparable quality to new products.
Fly Away Coverage: DJI Care Refresh also covers situations where your drone may be lost in flight.
Renewable Coverage: You can extend DJI Care Refresh for additional years of protection. It can last up to 3 years in total.
Express Option: If you choose the express option, you can skip the valuation process. A DJI service centre will immediately send you a replacement as soon as they receive your damaged product.
No shipping costs: DJI covers shipping costs both ways when you return a product for replacement service.



It is important to note that DJI Care Refresh can only be purchased and registered with a new purchase or within 48 hours of the initial activation of your DJI Mini 4 Pro.
