The VIFLY Avata 2 Tactical Light Kit is a light kit designed for the DJI Avata 2 drone, providing additional illumination for night and low-light flights. With its three powerful LED lights, this system improves both drone visibility and positioning system operation in dark conditions.

Performance & Functionality

The kit system includes two front Cree LEDs with up to 400 lumens output for powerful forward lighting, and two lower lamps of 100 lumens each that help keep the drone's positioning sensors stable in low-light conditions. The lights support multiple light modes, including continuous light, flash and strobe, and provide up to about 40-50 minutes of operating time per charge.

Build quality & design

This light kit is compact and lightweight (about 50g total weight), minimising its impact on the Avata 2's flight performance. The upper light is made with a durable aluminium housing for better heat dissipation and protection, while the lower lights are easily attached with 3D printed holders and 3M velcro strips.
