DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan for the DJI Avata EU is an official DJI protection service designed to protect your drone from accidental damage outside the standard manufacturer's warranty for 24 months. With this service, you can fly with peace of mind as unexpected accidents such as collisions or water damage are covered.

Performance & Functionality

During the 2-year period, you can receive up to four replacement drones at a low additional replacement cost if damage occurs through normal use. The replacement units are new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. DJI Care Refresh covers accidents due to crashes, collisions and water contact, among others. You will receive the activation code digitally after purchase and it must be registered within 48 hours after the first activation of the drone.

Build Quality & Design

This is a digital activation code and not a physical part. The service is linked to the serial number of your DJI Avata and remains valid within the EU region for the duration of the coverage. You don't need to have any physical items in the box; DJI support handles all replacements and service claims.
